Overview

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of TheAshNow digital invitation products made at tools.theashnow.com. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly upon payment, our refund policy has specific conditions as outlined below.

Digital Product Nature

TheAshNow invitations are digital products. Upon successful payment, your invitation is created and a unique link is generated immediately. Due to the instant delivery and digital nature of our product, we generally do not offer refunds once the invitation link has been generated and shared.

Eligible Refund Cases

We will consider refund requests in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment: If you were charged twice for the same order due to a technical error
  • Technical failure: If payment was deducted but your invitation was not created and you did not receive an invitation link within 24 hours
  • Significant product defect: If the invitation has a critical technical issue that cannot be resolved within 48 hours of reporting

Non-Eligible Refund Cases

We do not offer refunds in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Event cancellation after the invitation was already created
  • Dissatisfaction with the template aesthetics (previews are available before purchase)
  • Incorrect information entered in the invitation form (edits can be requested)
  • Requests made after 7 days from the date of purchase

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase with:

  • Your registered email address
  • Razorpay payment ID (found in your payment confirmation email)
  • Reason for the refund request

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Effect on Affiliate Commissions

If a purchase for which an affiliate commission was credited is subsequently refunded, the corresponding commission of ₹100 will be voided or deducted from the partner's next payout. Partners are notified of any such deductions in their dashboard.
