Agreement Overview

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the TheAshNow Partner Program ("Program"). By applying to or participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

The Program is operated by TheAshNow Group ("Company", "we", "us"). Our partner portal is located at partner.theashnow.com.

Eligibility

To participate in the Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a resident of India with a valid UPI ID
• Have a verified Google account
• Not be an existing employee or contractor of TheAshNow Group
• Agree to promote our products honestly and ethically

Registration & Approval

Applying to the Program does not guarantee acceptance. All applications are reviewed and we reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion. Upon approval, you will receive a unique affiliate coupon code via WhatsApp within 24 hours.

Your Affiliate Code & Links

You will receive a unique coupon code (e.g., PRIYA67) and a personalized referral link. You are responsible for all activities conducted through your affiliate code. Your code is non-transferable and must not be shared with or used by other individuals to generate fraudulent commissions.

Commission Structure

• Commission per sale: ₹100 flat per confirmed sale
• Commission rate: 20% of the ₹597 affiliate price
• Minimum payout threshold: ₹500 (equivalent to 5 confirmed sales)
• Payout date: 15th of every month
• Payout method: UPI direct transfer to your registered UPI ID

Commissions are only earned on confirmed, completed payments. Sales that are refunded, disputed, or reversed will result in the corresponding commission being voided or deducted from future payouts.

Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Use your own affiliate code to purchase our products (self-referral)
• Make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about our products
• Use spam, unsolicited messages, or deceptive advertising
• Create fake accounts, reviews, or orders to generate fraudulent commissions
• Bid on TheAshNow branded keywords in paid advertising without prior written consent
• Impersonate TheAshNow Group or claim to be an official representative
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations in your promotional activities

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your partner account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or acted in a manner harmful to our brand or customers. Upon termination, any unpaid commissions earned legitimately will still be paid on the next payout date.

Modifications to the Program

We reserve the right to modify commission rates, payout terms, program rules, or discontinue the Program at any time. We will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of material changes via email.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and brand assets of TheAshNow Group remain our exclusive property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting our products through the Program.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheAshNow Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
